Enjoy a drink or a meal on our beautiful deck overlooking Parsons Bay or in our recently redecorated bar and restaurant. Our community kitchen offers two fresh-cooked, home-style meals daily; healthy, simple and very tasty. Most of the produce is local and organic, and much of it comes from our own gardens. Plant based dishes feature strongly! There are starters and desserts too :) Our bar serves Tasmanian wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks. Reflecting the ethos of Tasman Ecovillage where we are located, we aim for zero waste and low food miles, and we embrace a barter economy.
