We focus on local produce within 50km radius, we source and select all our own happy animals direct from the farmers and do all our own butchery nose to tail. Our in-house butcher also cures and smokes for our bar menu, charcuterie plates and al a carte menu(and for also for our restaurant in Daylesford). We offer something for everyone, with parmas and classics, bar menus with burgers and smoked meats and more restaurant style dishes with several steak options. Our separate bar offers live music on Friday and Saturday nights from 8.30pm, with lots of dancing as the night goes on. We have a separate chesterfield lounge area for relaxing with friends and a glass of wine. We have 12 beers on tap, mostly craft and Victorian. Our winelist is comprehensive, local and sure to please. You may also choose to visit our fine dining restaurant in Daylesford (Perfect Drop). Both are a must visit.
